How do I book?

Please click on the booking tab on the menu – it will take you to our booking site. Though we do offer the option of walk-in, we advise to book your tickets online and in advance to avoid any disappointment.

Do you accept debit/credit card payments?

If you book on line you will be able pay by debit/credit card. For walk ins, if there is space, you will be able to pay by cash or debit/credit card. Please note, we are unable to accept American Express payments.

Do adults have to pay?

Yes. We charge per space so every person who takes up a space at Play Time will need to pay £4. We offer booking bundles which help save money on regular visits with a Play Time Pass.

Do you offer parties?

Yes. Please see our Party Page.

Can I bring a buggy?

There is space to leave buggies but they will not be allowed into the play zones. Play Time cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes, we do have wheelchair access and accessible facilities.

What is your cancellation policy?

Pre-booked tickets are non refundable. With a minimum of 24 hours’ notice we will do our best to transfer your booking to an alternative date.

How easy is it to get to you?

Play Time is near a large selection of bus routes (2,5,6,7,21,46,49,59,60,71). We are situated near to Hove and Aldrington railway stations. As well as street parking, there are also car parks at Norton Road, the King Alfred Centre and the nearby Tesco store.
